## Statement

This officer makes fraudulent reports/statements and other abuse of power to appease his mother-in-law and wife's desire to persecuting and intimidating members of the community and their families whom they want to harm, a common practice in this village. With all involved parties in law and justice positions of power choosing to break the law for these attacks.
