## Statement

Jenkins 1960 claimed he saw video of me walking to the middle of the street. which he claimed violated a restraining order. Fleaman #1946 made a traffic stop at the transit center in woodlake and waited for Jenkins to arrive to make the claim of violation restraining order. I asked Fleaman #1946 if I can have my brother pick up car. Fleaman said no and towed my car. Car was not involved in the alleged violation of restraining order claim from Jenkins.
