Fleaman #1946 made a traffic stop at the transit center in woodlake and waited for Jenkins to arrive to make the claim of violation restraining order. I asked Fleaman #1946 if I can have my brother pick up car. Fleaman said no and towed my car. Car was not involved in the alleged violation of restraining order claim from Jenkins. On Feb 13th Jenkins 1960 made a claim that a custody order stated my son was to be home at 515 pm to grandma. He threatened me with arrest in front of my 8 yr old son if i don't tone it down. Jenkins claimed he read the court order. case # VFL 286171 LINE 5.12 states "parents" shall exchange child.
