## Statement

I was involved in a traffic stop and my vehicle was illegally searched. Deputy Kerszykowski seized my revolver after breaking into my gun safe without a warrant. My child was turned over to DCS, my child's car seat was taken and not returned. My cell phone was seized and never returned. My car was impounded The police report contains false information and false statements.  
Evidence was fabricated and claims of information having been received by the deputy, stating I was involved in drug sales. This is false.  
I was cited for knowingly displaying fictitous plates which is also false.  
I was arrested and held in jail for 4 days and released. I have not been charged with the crimes, however, DCS substantiated a report of child abuse, and custody of my child was taken away. I did not receive my phone, gun, or child's car seat, and I had to pay $750 in impound fees.
