officer at the scene of the accident disciminated against Joshua marten, he did not investigate incident well at all no phone records that caused the accident were recorded on one Tina Trumble he was only interrogating Joshua marten, he conducted field sobriety Tina he did not,Searched 2006 dodge he did not have consent, nor did he search the other vehicle he was only focused on Joshua marten,He gave mr Martin a ticket Tina he did not,Note Joshua marten had a perfect driving record until this officer profiled against him. To whom it concerns I pray for you and your misconduct may god give mercy to you.
