## Statement

Officers Delma Navarro & Ashlee Martinez provided false statements to superiors, including Phoenix Police Department resulting in a falsely obtained warrant. After 1 year in court officers were found to have abused authority. Officers made violent & threating statements towards defendant, defendants family & friends. Officers illegally seized property, and caused damage to vehicles and property
