## Statement

There were other drivers speeding and i was pulled over because our tire on trailer just blew we were heading to tire shop to get another one he didnt see the tire until he uturned and gpt behind us even though he originally stated he pulled us over because of the tire blowing we had insurance but couldnt get to in time and the tags had just expired we told him that it wasnt our truck and even in ky first offense for expired tags and no insurance card is a fineable offense but they towed our car and we had to walk 2 hours home they have a habit in this police department for pulling over poor people and towing their cars or fineing them heavy fines
