Will failed at Her Supervisory duties in reference to Agent Daniel Johnson who did Interview Me about Excessive Force by Mesa Police, Falsification of documents by the State of Arizona, which led to an unlawful arrest, unlawful conviction, and unlawful incarceration, and this was done under the Supervision of Candice M. Will who has evidence of police misconduct by Mesa Police, Chief Frank Milstead, who is on The Brady List, No. 1676987817-1706390486; Chief Ramon Bautista, No. 1676866435-560453312. Under the Supervision of Candice M. Will, Agent Daniel Johnson ignored the falsification of documents by Prosecutor Scott Blum, who is on the Brady List, No. 1677878978-1388723095 Under the Supervision of Candice M. Will, Agent Daniel Johnson ignored evidence in his possession that Scott Blum used Federal Warrant associated with DR# 2014 1030 394 in order to have me arrested from 1925 E.
