I pulled into a local car wash and observed Deputy Lopez continue to stop sighn at Levee Dr and Harbor Ave making a right hand turn on to Harbor avenue traveling north when he came back into parking lot of car wash were I was parked at vacuums , he pulls in parking behind my vehicle activated his lights approached my Truck and says he stopped me cause my 3rd brake light was not working on the back of cab I informed him that my truck is 1980 and that what he is saying is a brake light is not a brake light that it's a cargo light and he still violated my constitutional rights along with falsly arresting me in order to I.D. me ## Location 1277 Levee Dr, Mohave Valley, AZ 86440, USA ## 34.8545673, -114.6066474
