I am a disabled combat veteran, who gets free mental health and medical through the Department of Veterans Affairs and Medicare, yet I was charged for these " Goods and Services, " by Maricopa County Adult Probation, which was never rendered. I requested proof of why Maricopa County Adult Probation requested mental health services for me, and why I was billed, only to be " threatened with jail time, " by Sean McMillan of Maricopa County Adult Probation. On 01/12/2023, Sean McMillan called me from 602- 526-6445 at 10:55 am; We talked for 21 minutes and 42 seconds.
