## Statement

Sheriff Ponce has several complaints against him sleeing with subordinantes on and off duty and cheating on his wife with them. He has a child with a former dispatcher and is carrying on a relationship with a female deputy 20 years younger. Even after several "investigations" he has always been released back to duty with no repercussions. A lot of this happened when he was the Chief for Quartzsite Police Department.
