After the investigation was over and the person that caused the accident received a ticket I complained to Deputy Potter about his handling of the incident. Deputy Brian Potter told me in writing that since I complained, he was going to revise his police report, submit it to the PA, and see if my daughter deserved any criminal charges. Two weeks after the accident Deputy Potter issued my daughter ticket for improper use of left lane. This charge thrown out in court because it was baseless. He told me he was going to retaliate and he did.
