## Statement

**Sgt Christopher Kibby** was involved in excessive force with a black victim, along with **Sgt Eric Huxley** and **Officer M. Shores.**

He witnessed the victim being kicked in the face by **Sgt E Huxley** and the physical escalation by **Officer Matthew Shores** and did not report facts.
