Description: Between the dates of 10/01/2021 and 03/28/2022, Officer David DeMaio failed to accurately complete his Daily Activity Reports. Additionally, on multiple occasions there were unaccounted time periods where he failed to account for time during his work period. S/O DeMaio also failed to notify his supervisor that his work was complete and that he was available for a new assignment.
