## Statement

He approached my vehicle asked me for ID, Insurance, and registration. I gave him everything it was my first time being pulled over and I didn’t know what to really look for. I found everything and gave it to the officer he went back to his vehicle and then came back with the ticket he gave me, he told me I was getting a ticket for failing to stop at a school bus while it had flashing lights. Then asked me why I passed it and I said honestly I didn’t see any flashing lights and when i looked at it, it looked like a big vehicle so I honestly thought it was just a construction vehicle because there was previously construction on that road. Then he started insulting my intelligence by asking if I even know what a school bus looks like, then went on to tell me to pay more attention.
