1.The defendant, Miguel Maurice Carney, hereby moves this honorable court to compel the prosecutor, Stephanie roberts to fulfill their discovery obligation in this case 211030007 .. the defendant request the production of relevant evidence, expert testimony, physical evidence, exculpatory evidence, and information regarding the credibility of police officer involved in this case. Additionally, the defendent wishes to inform the court that the incident number previously referenced was switched to another incident number this correction is made in good faith to ensure the accuracy of the record. 2.
