## Statement

Ignored evidence and charge stacked to coerce a plea bargain when i refused to accept one. A thorough investigation was never done. Admitted at sentencing that he did not have enough to take the case to trial. Ignored evidence that a female witness was emotionally unstable and vindictive then stacked charges against me to coerce me into giving up my right to a fair trial.
