## Statement

Ms. Kane practiced coercive plea bargaining, she did not have the evidence necessary and threatened to remove the offer there was no other choice because she made it clear that her number would not go down further. The plea bargain resulted in overcharging because there was no option to qualify for a reduction of time due to the enhancements.
