Description: On July 21, 2023 while on duty, was involved in a physical and verbal altercation with another Officer on Institution grounds, several fellow staff members had to intervene to de‐escalate the situation. Settlement Agreement reducing sanction from 45 day suspension to 30 day suspension. Employee only serves 5 day suspension the other 25 days are for record keeping purposes.
