Description: In the summer of 2023 S/O Ahmad began a friendship with an employee of the county. This friendship started out as flirting over text messaging and then rapidly progressed into sexual content being sent by S/O Ahmad to this employee. This sexual content was in the form of photos and a video that was never asked for. In fact, after receiving these photos and video, S/O Ahmad was asked to stop. On two  
occasions, S/O Ahmad did engage in prohibited sexual activities while at work and on duty.
