Description: Officer C. DeNoble was ordered to follow the Standard Operating Procedure regarding Sick Leave. Officer C. DeNoble failed to report to work or properly notify the police desk of his sick leave from  
duty on November 10, 2021. Officer C. DeNoble initailly went off on sick leave on March 15, 2021 and failed to return to duty on March 15, 2022. Officer C. DeNoble retired prior to imposition of discipline in September of 2022. Officer C. DeNoble later tried to return to active duty which was denied and finalized in 2023.
