Description: On July 26, 2023, Sergeant Baker was absent without leave. He arrived for his scheduled tour of duty and left without first requesting and receiving authorization from a superior officer to utilize time off to leave early. Furthermore, he was in violation of a suspension held in abeyance still in effect for previously being absent without leave.
