Description: On October 30, 2022, Officer Doyle responded to a call for service. While on the call, she was found to have removed property from the residence in violation of established police policy, protocols, and procedures. Furthermore, failing to submit said property into evidence per evidence and property procedures. In addition, she deactivated her body worn camera early while on the assignment. Officer Doyle was charged with administrative violations of Neglect of Duty; Incompetency, Inefficiency or Failure to Perform Duties; Prohibited Activity on Duty; Standards of Conduct; All Other Conduct; Acceptance of Gifts, Gratuities, Fees, Loans; Obedience to Laws and Regulations (Field Reporting System); Obedience to Laws and Regulations (BWC Policy); Obedience to Laws and Regulations (Evidence & Property Control Policy); Work Expectation; Performance of Duty.
