Description: On April 22, 2022 while operating his personal vehicle in Hamilton Twp., Mercer County,  
Officer Brian Pesce was involved in a motor vehicle collision in which he struck a mailbox and left the  
scene. As a result of the investigation, he was charged with driving while intoxicated. Officer Pesce  
pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated at the Hamilton Township Municipal Court.
