## Statement

He came in with gun pointed at me and said put your hands behind your back and I did and he cuffed me and said I have a search warrant and four more officers and started searching. They found some drugs and a gun but I never saw a search warrant so when I got out of jail I went to the clerk of court and asked for a copy of it and she said there are none on file. He didn’t knock, didn’t read no Maranda rights. He talked to me like a dog and he put the cuff on so tight my hands were numb for a month.
