## Statement

Vehicle behind me was tailgating me and speeding well before this all went down so I went and got over and then the speeding tailgating vehicle went past me so I got behind the vehicle and did the same thing back and went from there, then for whatever reason he got on his phone and started calling the police so I slowed way down because I was in the left hand lane and so he could pass and that's when officer John Malone pulled me over, and the vehicle that was the offending one also sped off and John Malone said I was trying to cause an accident by doing a so called improper lane change when I've already seen multiple infractions being made by loads of people as is and no one is out getting pulled over by the police here, gave me a ticket and citation for $260 which I paid that
