## Statement

Officers Goins not only violated my rights under the Oklahoma Constitution Article 2 § 34, by not only refusing to allow me to report a crime, but by also failing to inform me of all constitutional and statutory rights I had as a victim. The officer also failed to read me my Miranda rigts once taken in to custody, chained to a chair and questioned. The officer also violated my rights under federal law - 18 U.S.C § 242, by physically assaulting WHILE I was in the process of reporting a crime.
