## Statement

U.S. asst. D.A. Benjamin Rush Jr. conspired with U.S. D.A. Scott Colom, Investigator Jeff Edmondson, C. I. Tonya Blanton, Deonna Gattis and Sheriff Eddie Hawkins to suborn perjury and present evidence they knew to be false in order to prosecute Rebecca Bumgardner, a first amendment auditor who was actively exposing corruption in Lowndes County Mississippi. Jeff Edmondson and Tonya Blanton also lied to a grand jury for the purpose of obtaining an indictment in the same case under the direction of U.S. D. A. Scott Colom and U.S. asst. D.A. Benjamin Rush Jr.. The Lowndes County Circuit Court has refused to produce exhibits presented at Rebecca's trial despite public records request for same.
