## Statement

This prosecutor uses malicious prosecuting tactics because defendants would not take a plea, she never showed the defendants a wet ink signature arrest warrant, she slandered defendants by calling them Sovereign Citizens and a fictitious Indigenous Tribe, which is against international law. She ignored the fact that she is treading on the rights of American Indians and ignores the fact that they never pleaded on this case, never accepted, consented or understood their rogue proceedings and she is committing barratry.
