## Statement

Since at least August of 2023, Sheriff Daugherty and his drug task force have been coercing and blackmailing people on court ordered supervision to buy and sell drugs under the guise of "Confidential Informants". Soon as their "informant" builds up a person's "business" they go in and arrest them. Not saying selling drugs makes the other person innocent. But the person I know, who has the evidence, has learning disabilities and mental health issues that were used against him
