As I was backing out a vehicle approached so I stopped to wait for it to pass. The vehicle stopped in the roadway, blocking traffic. I backed out and saw it was a sheriff. I proceeded home with my kids. The officer followed me several blocks and through alleys. I pulled into my parking spot and he blocked me in. I asked what it was about and officer Hilt said because I had a 2 year in front (he can age kids from a block away and inside a vehicle) and could have been tboned crossing Oak st. Even though I stopped at the sign, checked both ways and proceeded on with no on coming traffic. His excused for not offering a warning was because I made a comment about no traffic which he stated I was arguing with him. The energy he emitted was that of "I'm above the law because I wear the badge" if he has done it once, he has done it multiple times.
