## Statement

It is my belief and understanding that this police officer has had his badge and gun taken away for being dishonest and misconduct. I feel he needs to be on the Brady list because it is also my understanding at his prior police job he was under investigation for dishonesty but resigned in lieu of so I’d like to be looked into so we can stop having him be a police officer and being a dishonest one due to technicalities of him jumping around and not getting caught. I am not sure of the date and time I’m just using an estimate, but I do know he is no longer allowed to have a badge and gun over what happened
