## Statement

This prosecutor along with the judge and my public defender said I was at a pretrial hearing and forged my name on legal documents and claimed I pled guilty to charges of possession of paraphernalia. I was in fact in another state at Job Corps Oregon. Pages 9 and 10 of CR-2001 pdf file.
