## Statement

Sue Perry spoke with me outside of court on numerous occassions and asked for information directly from me to be sent directly to her email that she provided to me. She never told me that the DA office had lost information pertaining to my case which is why she was asking for the information directly from me. She then after contacted my public defender and told her that she felt uncomfortable with me talking to her, but refused to tell my attorney she was askign for information. As a result I was forced to agree to a guilty plea for a crime i never committed and my attorney failed to bring this up before the courts.
