## Statement

In October of 2022, a ***federal lawsuit*** was filed naming Brady Allen and others in a case referencing the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments and the Illinois Civil Rights Act. Within this federal complaint are allegations of:

- Brady Allen repeatedly contacted Plaintiff ***asking for sexual favors*** in exchange for a favorable outcome of the underlying proceeding
- Brady Allen continually harassed and intimidated known witnesses
- Due process rights violations among other things
