Sullivan does not meet Nevada POST Certification standards. Sullivan is currently acting under the authority of a Peace Officer without the proper training or certification. Sullivan was hired by disgraced former Sheriff Nick Dondero January 2023. Deputy Sullivan is basically guilty of impersonating a peace officer and fraud. Anyone who was given a citation or arrested by Sullivan should notify the Esmeralda District Attorney and file a complaint with Nevada POST.
