## Statement

On 7/23/2021, Robert Jones stopped my car alleging that he was investigating a call about a black suspect that fit my description and then he changed and said it was me without any other details besides black female. Jones said get out with your license or I'll pull you out. He snatched and pulled my left arm partially tearing two tendons. He then had a white female tell me not to go in the restaurant. He took me to jail for obstructing government operations. Him and Marshall coordinated a ride on a taxi and asked if I had any money.
