Charge was for possession of a firearm under an order of protection. OS 22-60.11.6 section of a firearm under an order of protection May subject a defendant to prosecution under federal law. Additionally I was involuntarily committed for a mental health evaluation during criminal proceedings and court ordered incompetent. OS 22-1175: no incompetent defendant is subject to any criminal proceedings until restored to incompetency which never took place.
