## Statement

Tiffany Testa continues to make false accusations about me, the victim, and defendant in the case she is currently prosecuting. In addition, she instructed me (the victim) to call the police and have the police make an unlawful arrest and violate the defendant's 4th amendment rights by ordering the victim to call the police to have the defendant arrested for violation of bail conditions. When police arrived, it was determined that she failed to put in an arrest warrant and provide the police department with paperwork in regards to the defendant's bail conditions. As a result, there's been a police report made on her. Tiffany Testa asked me why the defendant was arrested which shows me that she failed and continues to fail to read the arrest report and other police documents pertaining to the arrest of the defendant.
