Arrested for, Charges on Citation only, 18-8004 DUI. Warrant missing the Case Number, Charge Alleged, Magistrate's Endorsement, Date, and TIME,. Second copy of Warrant for Arrest received, SIX MONTHS LATER, Magistrate's TIme Still Missing and still no charge alleged! Jail X2. Fired public defenders for ineffective counsel. Refused everything I wanted for discovery and motions.
