Clifford Holman](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1685559366-1400018781) fired three shots “unnecessarily”. Later in May of 2021, Detective Carter would recant his sworn statement against Holman, prompting [Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater](https://www.citizensoverseeing.com/projects/brady-disclosure/district-attorneys/district-7/2007-2022-prater) to file a "Notice of Potential Brady/Giglio Evidence" in [CF-2020-1806](https://www.oscn.net/dockets/GetCaseInformation.aspx?db=oklahoma&number=cf-2020-1806).
