Although court records show no indication of any criminal charges being filed in the matter, [CV-2023-895](https://www.oscn.net/dockets/GetCaseInformation.aspx?db=oklahoma&number=CV-2023-895&cmid=4184839) indicates that per OKC police officer Skinner submitted an officer's affidavit and notice of revocation/disqualification stating that French "refused test" stating "I want to think about it". The affidavit resulted in Service Oklahoma moving to revoke French's Drivers License under the state's implied consent law.
