## Official Statement

On May 17 2007 Nathan Huibregtse resigned in lieu of termination from the Prescott Valley Police Department after a finding that he had made false statements. Officer Huibregtse was terminated on March 5 2012 from the Yavapai Prescott Tribal Police Department after a finding that he had falsely recorded information in a log sheet lied to a fellow officer and his Lieutenant and lied in a defense interview among other misconduct.
