## Statement

This memorandum serves as formal notification that Officer Jeremy Harris has :

- Falsified official accounts or documentation regarding a motor vehicle accident.
- Actively attributed fault to an innocent civilian for a high-speed collision caused by law enforcement operations.

While operating a law enforcement vehicle, Officer Harris was involved in a high-speed motor vehicle accident within the jurisdiction of Columbus, Mississippi. Following the collision, initial police documentation and statements provided by responding CPD personnel falsely placed the blame for the crash on a civilian driver.

A subsequent comprehensive investigation—relying on objective physical evidence, Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department reconstruction files, medical facility intakes, and electronic body-worn camera recordings—conclusively refuted the law enforcement narrative. The evidence demonstrated that the civilian was not at fault and that the official police narrative had been fabricated or manipulated to shield the officer/department from liability and accountability.

Under *Brady v. Maryland*, 373 U.S. 83 (1963) and *Giglio v. United States*, 405 U.S. 150 (1972), the prosecution has an absolute, affirmative duty to disclose any evidence that is material to a witness’s credibility or bias.

Because Officer Harris has been found to engage in deceptive practices regarding official police actions and motor vehicle operations, his character for truthfulness is severely compromised.
