## Statement

Judge Bluff’s actions created an impossible compliance trap: he allowed prosecution without probable cause, blocked my access to the court by refusing to accept filings, denied me the ability to be heard, permitted an unlawful bond forfeiture, and issued or enabled warrants used as harassment. His conduct functionally prevented due process and access to justice.
