## Official Statement

Officer Richardson is identified in the search-warrant materials as the affiant. Public reporting also describes an earlier stop involving a dark Hyundai and a stop-sign citation that Schneider disputes, reportedly claiming dashcam footage shows a complete stop. The alleged *Brady/Giglio* issues are: possible pretextual traffic stop; possible misstatement or omission in probable-cause development; reliance in the warrant affidavit on a homeowner’s statement about “possible stolen Lego toys”; and the fact that the warrant return reported no seized stolen items. Those facts are impeachment or suppression material if Richardson is used as a witness.
