## Statement

He chased me down for no reason lied and said I passed him doing 90 mph. He was parked on the side of the road in front of a stop sign and I was across the highway at a stop sign I crossed the highway and drove by him he waited for some time than turned to follow me I have PTSD AND GOT SCARED because he was in a plain white suv with no visable markings. I went into flight mode and was going to hospital because I could not breath when he got out of his vehicle he smashed out my window they all had guns on me and my service dog swearing at me to get the F out of the car I was crying saying I need help was going to hospital. I have the car and body cam footage of it all if needed
