## Statement

Chief James “Tim” Bryan is sending cease-and-desist letters to victims of his misconduct and is using his attorney and the court system to intimidate and pressure witnesses. These actions appear intended to discourage individuals from speaking publicly and cooperating regarding his conduct.
Everything stated by Joseph Sublett during his interview with the The Lyon County Observer is factual and capable of being independently proven through documentation, witness testimony, and other corroborating evidence.
