## Statement

failing to visit Kevin Ottey at Rikers as scheduled last Wednesday—constitutes a dereliction of duty unprofessional misconduct (ABA Rule 8.4), breach of contract, legal malpractice, and conversion. Malicious judicial and custodial mistreatment. subjecting Kevin Ottey to repeated adjournments, failure to produce him in court, prolonged holding-cell detention, and deliberate denial of medical care after an assault on March 25, 2026. Enabling the malicious campaign against Kevin Ottey. Violation of ABA Model Rule 1.2 (Scope of Representation) and Rule 1.4 (Communication). Rule 8.4: (Misconduct) by core duties where violated including the client's authority over the objectives of representation, and the duty to act diligently Rule 1.3: Diligence which in fact your behavior correlates with being comprised and Complicit as the ADA's efforts to extort Kevin Ottey for his freedom and acting rouge.
