## Statement

THERESA SHOTWELL POLLARA DEPUTY D.A. bar number 181251  
Racism in court, repeated the word nigger in court purposely to offend defendent racially prejudiced and racially coded language was used inside of my trial also the prosecutor manufactured evidence which results in and wrongful conviction I was convicted on falsified evidence a public defender allowed it to happen and refuse to get the evidence that proves otherwise which is a phone call and still to this day refuses to provide that evidence and my full discovery which I have still never seen Wrong ful conviction  
Altered/manufactured/falsified evidence used to convict someone prosecutor and public defender knew was innocent /all witnesses were impeached , d.a. used manufactured confession to create a solid case and public defender refused to present the evidence (phonecall) that proved other wise ,my name is glandros June Jr
